Content

With increasing component reuse and personalised information requests, the use of technology in the publication process has exploded. Everyone seems to think you need a costly CCMS plus a delivery platform with AI to deliver the right content to the right user at the right time. This presentation shows how all of your content delivery goals can be met with very simple means - in a fraction of your current publication time.

Takeaways

You will learn how a radically new approach to the content publication process has unexpected advantages and how old technology can put new tech to shame.

Prior knowledge

No knowledge required. If people have used existing publication platforms for reused content (not necessarily DITA), that helps to understand the issues.
